Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily, mainly through the quote request form:
- your name or your company name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number (optional);
- the type of project, your indicative budget and the message you write.
Technical data (IP address, connection logs) may also be recorded automatically by our host, for security and for the proper operation of the website.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries for quotes, information or contact — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent;
- Ensuring the security and operation of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Data recipients
Your data is intended solely for the data controller. It is hosted in France by o2switch (222-224 boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand). If you accept audience measurement through the consent banner, browsing data is also sent to Google as part of Google Analytics, which involves a transfer outside the European Union. Apart from this, no data is transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period
Enquiries from prospective clients are kept for 3 years from our last contact. Where a contractual relationship exists, accounting and commercial records are kept in line with legal obligations (up to 10 years). After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
